Love them or hate them, numbers and counting are an integral part of our everyday life. Without numbers, we would not be able to function in today’s world. Whether it’s via cell phones, computers, or even basic business transactions at a local store, numbers govern our lives in ways both large and small. It makes sense, then, that numerology (a science based on numbers and their impact on our lives) is gaining credibility among a wider range of people and professions.

Numerology is a tool used to investigate our very being, and to bring light to our highest potential on the physical, mental and spiritual planes. Numerology tells of our potential destiny, our natural talents, and helps us gain a better understanding of ourselves and others. It shows us the course we need to take in our lives to fulfill this potential, but at the same time, explains to us at least one of the many reasons each person has different traits and characteristics.

The premise is relatively simple. Each number has a different vibration and can, therefore, give us a better understanding of our journey, and the circumstances which surround our lives. It can direct us to the career for which we are best suited, and provide us the opportunity to become more aware of the talents we have by directing us to the pathways where we can best utilize them. It also reveals the likelihood of compatibility we may have with one another, especially in terms of life partners.

Each number is influenced by a different planet in our Solar System. Each letter of the alphabet vibrates to a given number, 1 – 9, which is also the span of our life cycles. The numbers under which we were born provide us the tools needed to accomplish our mission in life, and enable us to work through all our Karmic Lessons. The Vibratory Power of each number affects us in both positive and negative ways. Numerology offers insight, wisdom and the ability to understand ourselves and others.

Birthday numerology is a specific system that can help us truly grasp our personality. We can change our name, but we cannot change the day, month and year of our birth. Therefore, being born on a certain day bears great significance in understanding who you are and the purpose for which you were born. You are born on a certain day because of your past karma. The numbers within your birthday clearly indicate the strengths, weaknesses, challenges and talents you have brought into this life. Understanding your personality allows you to discover your inner secrets and chart a life plan based on the kind of karma (or actions) you have brought into this life. In this way, you are able not only to help yourself, but also help your family and friends take their lives to the next level, as well.
